Hi!  I am Kristin Hart and I live in Ridge Manor, FL with my husband and our two young but growing fast little boys.  

We moved to Florida when our oldest son was a newborn craving a backyard and space for him to grow up.  Boy did we find that here, along with so much sunshine and an affinity for #pubsubs and splash pads.

New Tampa and north is growing at such a fast pace and we are so excited for all of the new homes, businesses, parks, and communities that will be cultivated.
